CHILDREN & STUDENT MINISTRY:
We support and acknowledge the awesome responsibility that both parents and the church have in the spiritual lives of our children (Duet. 6:4-9, Eph. 4:11-16). Our vision is that our children and youth will set their hope in God and not turn back in the day of battle (Psalm 78:7-9). Our children and youth are in a spiritual battle and are taught the greatness, worth, and sovereignty of God. Salem is committed to using the God-centered, Bible saturated “Desiring God” curriculum for our ministry to children.

SHEPHERD GROUPS:
Shepherd Groups are basic units for Christian community at Salem. Each group is a “family” made up of 5-12 units (couples, singles, & families) where the body-life of the church is lived out. In our Shepherd Groups at Salem, we develop intimate relationships, pray, worship, study, serve, and reach out.
YESTERDAY’S YOUTH:
We are a Senior Adult group that meets once a month for a luncheon meeting. This is a time to see friends, to be uplifted, and encouraged by God’s Word.
OUTREACH/MISSIONS:
Salem Baptist exists to spread a passion for the supremacy of God in all things to all peoples of the world - through local and community service, short-term mission endeavors, prison ministry, and foreign missionary support - so that all nations might come to know true and eternal joy which is only found in God.
